TERMS OF SERVICE

This Agreement is by and between BUSINESS DETAILS s.r.o., a Slovakian Company with headquarters in Bratislava (“The Company”) and the individual entity (“Client”) who enters into a purchase order for a “Cuddle Service” (hereinafter, “Service” or “Trip”).

Reservations and payment.
For any reservation of Cuddles to be valid, the booking form must be accompanied by full payment of the relevant price. The payment implies that the Client is fully informed about the Service and accepts this Terms of Service.

Service details.
Within 72 hours of the aforementioned payment, the Company will contact the Client at the addresses provided by the Client in the booking form, in order to agree on the details of the tantric path.
If the Client does not respond within 72 hours of the aforementioned contact, the reservation will be considered canceled and the Company will refund the amount paid as stated below.

Cancellation.
In case of cancellation, the following applies:
Cancellation up to 45 days before the trip: the Company will refund the amount paid, minus 30% of such amount to cover the costs of managing and cancelling hotels, restaurants or other services.
Cancellation 45-30 days before the trip: the Company retains 40% of the amount paid.
Cancellation 14-7 days before the trip: the Company retains 60% of the amount paid.
Cancellation 6-0 days before the excursion: the Company retains the full amount paid.
In case of no-show of the Client, the Company reserves the right to keep the full amount paid.

Contractual Relationship.
The Company does not sell or resell hotel accommodations on its own behalf. The Company does not provide restaurant services on its own behalf. In reference to accommodation and food, the Company will only provide a booking service, advancing the relevant payment on behalf of the Client, following which the Client will enter into a direct contract with the accommodation facility.

Tantric and Outdoor activities.
Tantric and Outdoor activities operated by the Company are suitable for most of the general public. However, participants need a basic level of fitness. The Client hereby declares to be in good physical shape.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Slovakia. 
Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement and its construction, including those concerning this clause, will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the court of Bratislava.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. PuraTantra will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give us at the time you make your order. For goods delivered outside of the UK, the consignee (ie the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.
  2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery
  3. If PuraTantra has insufficient stock to deliver some or all of the goods ordered by you, or where you have ordered in excess of our stock quantities, we will notify you as soon as possible of which parts of your order we can and cannot complete. Sums debited by us from your debit or credit card, or from any other source of payment in respect of goods we are unable to supply to you will be re-credited, and we will notify you by email (or letter if you have no email) at the address given by you in your order form of which orders have been satisfied and which cannot yet be fulfilled. We can either refund the amount of the unfulfilled items of keep your order until we receive further stock, depending upon your wishes.
  4. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.
  5. Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

REFUND POLICY

a. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact PuraTantra within 7 days of receipt, either by email to hello@puratantra.com
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, The PuraTantra shall have no liability to you unless notified of the problem within 35 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to PuraTantra under this condition, PuraTantra will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
d. PuraTantra will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to PuraTantra under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
e. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit PuraTantra liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
