These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.puratantra.com and any related subdomains (hereinafter, the "Site"), as well as the purchase of products offered by Business Details s.r.o. through the Site.

Users are strongly encouraged to read this page carefully while browsing the Site and before completing any online purchase. By purchasing products from Business Details s.r.o., users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of every sales contract (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use" or "Terms").

Any new feature, tool, or service added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms. The most up-to-date version of the Terms will always be available in the dedicated section of the Site.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continuing to purchase products or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

To ensure full understanding of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:

• Site: the e-commerce website puratantra.com, through which products can be purchased
• Products: items such as postcards and accessories offered by the Owner and available for purchase on the Site
• Services: any services provided through the Site by PURATANTRA
• User: an adult individual purchasing products for personal, non-commercial purposes, as defined in Article 3 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code)
• Content: any text, media, or digital element on the Site, including but not limited to advertisements, listings, reviews, images, designs, graphics, sounds, music, videos, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property owned by PURATANTRA
• Sales Conditions: the general rules governing how products are marketed and sold through the Site, as well as the online purchase process

Sales Conditions

These Sales Conditions are drafted in compliance with applicable e-commerce laws, particularly Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003.

Consumer Users are entitled to all protections under distance-selling regulations, including those outlined in Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Section II of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as well as any additional legal protections applicable to consumers.

Purchases on the Site are permitted only for individuals who are of legal age. Minors may only purchase products if authorized by their parents or legal guardians. By accepting these Sales Conditions, Users confirm that they are of legal age in their country or have obtained parental consent for minors under their care to use the Site.

All Products and Services are described in detail on their respective pages within the Site. Users are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully and acknowledge any required checkboxes at the time of purchase. Minor discrepancies between the product descriptions and the actual products may occur. Product images are illustrative and do not form part of the contractual agreement.

Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices of Products listed on the Site include VAT and any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in the destination country, if different from the country where PURATANTRA is registered, which will be the responsibility of the User.

All prices, shipping costs, and any additional charges, where applicable, are indicated on the Site or during the purchase process and are clearly shown in the "Order Summary" page, as well as in the subsequent email confirming receipt and acceptance of the order.

PURATANTRA reserves the right to modify Product prices on the Site at any time; however, any price changes will not affect Users who have already submitted an order.

Payment Methods

For each order, the User will pay the full price of the Products ordered – clearly indicated with a breakdown of the price, VAT, and shipping or accessory costs – by selecting the payment method during the purchase process, specifically in the "Your Order" section. If the order is not accepted by PURATANTRA, any amounts already paid will be promptly refunded.

Payments can be made securely using credit cards, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. PURATANTRA does not have access to the User's card details, which are handled entirely by the payment providers. We will never see or store these details.

Any refund to the User will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and provided that no costs are incurred by the User as a result of the refund.

Delivery Times and Methods

PURATANTRA delivers the Products ordered to the address provided by the User, using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Products are usually delivered within 30 days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in the confirmation email. Delivery is subject to full payment of the Products and any related shipping costs.

Upon delivery, the User must check that the packaging is intact and undamaged. If the package is damaged or the number of parcels does not match the shipping document, the User should note this on the delivery receipt and keep a copy.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, the User may refuse delivery and notify PURATANTRA immediately. A replacement shipment will be arranged once the returned goods are received.

Shipping Costs, Delivery Times, and Delays

Shipping for Products is free for orders above certain thresholds, depending on the destination country. Orders are normally processed on the next business day after order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

Estimated delivery times start from the moment the User receives the shipping confirmation email and are generally 2–5 business days, unless unforeseen events occur. PURATANTRA makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, but times may vary depending on the country and the carrier.

If delivery is delayed by more than 14 business days, the User may contact PURATANTRA at hello@puratantra.com to request order cancellation. Refunds for any shipping costs will only be issued if the delay is solely the responsibility of the Seller and the order is returned intact.

PURATANTRA is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, unexpected events, or carrier-related issues.

Right of Withdrawal

Some products cannot be returned. In particular:

• Postcards and digital products: the right of withdrawal does not apply, as these are personal and unique items intended for immediate use.

Other products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason:

• Pareo, scarves, and textile accessories: must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with any accessories or manuals. Returns of opened, used, or damaged products are not accepted.

Product Compliance Warranty

All Products purchased from PURATANTRA are covered by the legal warranty of compliance.

Products are considered compliant if:

• they are suitable for normal use
• they match the description on the website or as shown by the Seller
• they have the quality and performance reasonably expected
• they meet any specific requirements communicated at the time of purchase and accepted by the Seller

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence by the User.

If a defect appears within 24 months from delivery, the User must report it within 2 months of discovery by contacting hello@puratantra.com and providing proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

The User can choose between repair or replacement of the Product, unless these options are impossible or excessively costly. Alternatively, the User may request a price reduction or contract cancellation if repair or replacement are not possible, are not completed within a reasonable time, or cause significant inconvenience.

PURATANTRA will provide all necessary instructions to proceed with the repair or replacement of the Product.

User Conduct Rules

Users must use the PURATANTRA website responsibly, respecting others and their rights.

By accessing the site, Users agree not to:

• post illegal, offensive, defamatory, racist, harassing, or privacy-violating content
• send unsolicited advertising, chain letters, or misleading information
• upload viruses or harmful software
• disrupt or interfere with the site, servers, or connected networks
• access unauthorized data or accounts
• impersonate others or bypass site security
• engage in illegal activities or violate the rights of PURATANTRA or other users
• transmit data or software in violation of national or international laws

Users must comply with all local and international laws regarding online conduct and data transmission.

PURATANTRA may suspend access to the site at any time, without notice, for violations of these rules and may seek damages if applicable.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices and data from viruses or cyber intrusions.

Content Rights

All content on the PURATANTRA website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is owned by the Owner. Using the site does not grant any rights to copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Copying, distributing, or using content without written permission is not allowed.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The site is provided "as is." PURATANTRA does not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.

Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond control.

Limitation of Liability

PURATANTRA is not responsible for:

• losses suffered by Users due to causes not attributable to the Owner (in such cases, Users are only entitled to a refund of the paid price)
• fraudulent use of credit cards or payment methods, as PURATANTRA does not handle sensitive payment data
• indirect losses, consequential damages, or errors caused by the User

Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Force Majeure

PURATANTRA is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events.

In these cases, the Owner's obligations are suspended until the event ends.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

The PURATANTRA website may sometimes contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, transit times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel any orders if information on the site is inaccurate, even after an order has been placed.

If a User has a complaint about an order through this site and it cannot be resolved directly, information will be provided about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement
