Delivery and Shipping Times
By placing your order, you are making a purchase with us; Puratantra accepts it when the goods are shipped. You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. We deliver to the address you provide and prepare orders for shipment depending on the time of receipt on the same day or at the latest on the next business day. Shipments are carried out via DHL or Swiss Post; your package usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time can be up to 14 days. If a product is permanently unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver it you will, of course, be informed immediately.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. They cover the basic cost of packaging materials and Swiss Post shipping fees. For orders that can be sent as a letter, shipping costs are CHF 5.90 (Economy) and CHF 7.90 (Priority) within Switzerland.
Orders over CHF 150.00 are delivered free of charge via Swiss Post Economy within Switzerland. If you choose Priority Post, we will charge the difference compared to the Economy Post rate.
